  • Where do I start if I’m new to Rejuvenate Skin Health?

    Welcome! The best place to start is our Personalized Skin Assessment Quiz . It will recommend a tailored routine based on your specific skin needs. Alternatively, for a simple yet effective start, we recommend our "Core Four": a Cleanser, a Treatment Serum, a Moisturizer, and a daily Sunscreen.
     

  • How do I find my skin type?

    Understanding your skin is key! Generally, you can observe how your skin feels after washing. If it feels tight, it's likely dry. If you see a shine on your T-zone, it's likely combination or oily. If it often feels red or irritated, you may have sensitive skin. Our Skincare Quiz can also help you determine this.
     

  • Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

    Many of our products are formulated to be gentle on the skin. However, every person's skin is unique. We always recommend checking the "Ideal For" section on each product's page and performing a patch test on a small area of skin before incorporating a new product into your regular routine.
     

  • How long will it take to see results?

    While you may notice immediate effects like improved hydration, most significant improvements in skin texture, tone, and firmness become apparent after 4 to 6 weeks of consistent daily use. Consistency is key!
     

  • Are your products tested on animals?

    No. We are proudly and firmly committed to cruelty-free practices. None of our products or the ingredients used in them are tested on animals.

    We are a proudly Canadian company. Our proprietary skincare line is expertly developed and manufactured in Canada in partnership with Vitelle Dermatology Laboratories Inc., ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
     

Using Our Products

  • How should I layer my skincare products?

    The golden rule is to apply products from the thinnest consistency to the thickest. A typical order would be:

    1. Cleanser
    2. Toner
    3. Serum(s)
    4. Moisturizer / Cream
    5. Sunscreen (always last in your morning routine) 
  • What is the difference between an AM and PM routine?

    Your AM (morning) routine should focus on Protection. This means using antioxidants (like our Vitamin C serum) and a broad-spectrum sunscreen to shield your skin from sun and environmental damage. Your PM (evening) routine is for Repair. This is the time to use potent treatment products (like our Exfoliating Serum with Retinal) and rich moisturizers to support your skin's natural regeneration process while you sleep.
     

  • Can I combine your products with products from other brands?

    Yes, our products can be integrated into a routine with other brands. However, our collections are designed as synergistic systems, meaning they work best together to deliver optimal results. If you are using other products with strong active ingredients (like retinoids or acids), we recommend introducing our products slowly to ensure your skin's tolerance.

  • What is the difference between an AM and PM routine?

    Why it's valuable: This is a fantastic educational question. It helps customers understand the strategy behind skincare (Protection vs. Repair) and empowers them to use the products more effectively, leading to better results and higher satisfaction.

    Currently, we ship to customers across Canada and the USA.

  • How can I track my order?

    Once your order is fulfilled (typically within 1-2 business days), you will receive a shipping confirmation email from ShipStation which will include a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package's journey.

  • What is your return policy?
